Adventures with Maverick

Maverick is a lot of fun right now.
Even though he thoroughly enjoys tantrums, he is embracing all the fun of toddlerhood!
So far our summer has been action-packed with lots of fun and adventures!

He is still our little fishy. If there is water anywhere he is drawn to it.
He loves his water table and having a pool right next door!

The Children's Museum is becoming more and more fun for him. He loved most of the exhibits and threw himself on the floor a couple of times b/c he didn't want to leave!

Mav and Mammy while Mav throws himself down in the Lego exhibit!

I'm not sure why he loved this fake bathroom, but he was a big fan and it took many times to convince him to leave! Let's hope that hygiene always stays this important to him :)
Until a few weeks ago Mav never noticed the car carts at the grocery store. Ugh, what a pain.
They are filthy and it takes me a good 5 minutes, while on my hands and knees, of scrubbing with clorox wipes before I will let him sit in one. It lasts about 10 minutes and then he likes to jump out while it's moving.
He's gotten pretty good at it. Dear Kroger employees, if you could remove these carts from your store I would truly appreciate it!
 Park time!
Safety first! He has been wearing his shark helmet a lot. The other night he insisted on it while he took a bath. Silly kid!
We did spend a weekend with Aunt Dana! Here they are bonding over Mr Popper's Penguins!
Guido and Weezy were thrilled we were there.
Mav and Avery working on the tool bench!
